HE KAKANO AHAU I RUIA MAI I RANGIATEA
On Friday 30th July all tamariki in TTRR planted a kakano. Our kakano represents new life. It also represents for us our nurturing and growth of Te Reo Maori within ourselves, within TTRR. We worked collaboratively to come up with answers for the following questions.
What do our kakano need to grow?
Who can help us look after our kakano (Reo Māori)?
What can we do to continue nurturing our (Reo Māori) kakano?
What will our kakano (Reo Māori) grow into?
What will happen if our kakano (Reo Māori) is not looked after?
Haere mai ki te akomanga
Come and have a look at our responses
HE TOHUNGA AHAU I TE MAHI ROROHIKOWe have been learning how to use the laptops as well as learning how to use a digital camera. We know how to open a word document, type our name, change the font and size of our typing and save it onto the desktop. We love using "Photobooth" to take photos of ourselves and friends.
We have lots of photos up on our walls in our akomanga for you to look at!!

I haere matou ki Ferrymead Heritage Park i te Ramere 11 o Pipiri. I haere ma runga pahi i te taha o nga tamariki teina mai i te kura auraki. I kite matou i nga taonga me nga taputapu tawhito o nga ra o mua. I mau hoki matou i nga kakahu kura o tenei wa.
I mahi matou i te whakapai whare, tunu pihikete, tuhi reta i te kura, takaro i nga kemu me haere ma runga "tram" ...
